# 3. Vault

**Storing and Managing Files**

1. Open the **Vault** section from the **navigation tabs** at the bottom of the screen.
2. Navigate to the folder where you'd like to store your files.
3. To add a **folder**, tap the folder icon with the **+** at the top of the screen.
4. To add a **file**, tap the **+** button at the bottom right of the screen.
5. Choose **Add File**, then select the file from your device or take a photo directly.
6. Name your file or folder, then tap **Save**.
7. Use the **Share** button to grant access to specific trusted contacts.
8. To make files available offline, toggle the **Offline Access** option.
